Yes, you are more than welcome do so if you wish. Individuals and teams will have access to similar digital content, but teams have access to additional features that individuals do not, including:
- Built-in weekly coaching
- A customized Academy with organizational branding and logos
- Reporting and metrics that managers can access showing real-time engagement and progress
- Managers can assign courses to their team based on need and practice
- The ability to add your existing training content, including docs and/or videos into your Academy
- Monthly check-ins with the Braintrust Academy Director to review progress, adjust curriculum, and share feedback
- Why is an annual payment the only option?
We dedicate an entire dev team, coaches, designers, and administrative staff when you partner with us. - So, what am I truly getting with my team’s membership to the Academy?

- For the CEO, business owner, or program lead, it’s a 15-minute call once a month to review results
This is the total time invested with us live, but your Academy will be available to your team 24/7/365 from anywhere in the world. So, the time commitment with the Academy is under your control and leadership.
- What if I’m not happy with the results?
While our overall customer satisfaction rate is over 97%, and we anticipate a fantastic partnership with great results, we are happy to discuss the cancellation of the program at any time during the engagement if such an unlikely scenario arises. However, we do not refund for work that has already been completed through the current month.
